Customer Care

Please note any breakages within the first 30 days of purchase may be replaced by the discretion of staff. All breakages after this time may still be awarded a refund / replacement if thought necessary by staff members. 

Replacements due to sizing issues can be sent back to us within 30 days and / or can be replaced for a different size or refunded depending on stock. Please note the product should still be in its original packaging with all contents of the box returned and in perfect condition. We are not liable for any returns postage from the consumer. The condition of the item is at the condition of the staff and may be rejected if it is not deemed suitable for a return.
